Hello all, Here at Playndirt Crop Swap & Garden we're making some improvements with how we keep in touch with you, our wonderful community and supporters. We post about our crop swap and garden activities on multiple social media platforms. We will ONLY post on Instagram (@plantgrowshare), Twitter(@plyndrt) and Facebook(Darnell Stewart) and playndirt.com@gmail.com . Working at our new "Plant Grow Share" garden - by Dana

So this afternoon Darnell and I went to work in our garden (Plant Grow Share).  Our nephew Micah joined us and helped out.  So our plan is to turn our area into a workable edible garden. So here are some pictures.

So we purchased an addition to the strawberry family White Strawberry plant.  The strawberries are very tiny and they have a sweet creamy taste.

Plant Grow Share is the name of our garden space that Self-sustaining communities is allowing us to use.  Here are some pictures of the are and some ideas of what we would like to do with the space.

Self-sustaining communities City Farm

A big thank you to Self-sustaining communities organization for allowing us to garden at the "city farm". This will be a great opportunity for us to practice some farming and permaculture skills. http://www.self-sustainingcommunities.org/city-farm.html

DarDan gardens

Fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice. I will use it to make lemonade and the rest I will freeze for later. I just picked up a Purple Tomatillo and a Pink Lemonade Blueberry plant.
